10 Tips For Re-energising Over The Break!

Here are Farm Owners Academy Director of Wellbeing, Tracy Secombe’s top 10 tips for re-energising over the break!
ONE: Give your family service vouchers instead of gifts (e.g. a car wash or a 15-minute neck massage)
TWO: Bring out an old game you used to play as a kid and teach your kids how to play it
THREE: Plant a small tree, decorate it and then watch it grow. Decorate it together each year
FOUR: Bake Christmas biscuits and decorate one as each member of the family
FIVE: Write a story about the wonderful things that happened in 2023
SIX: Write a story about the wonderful things that will happen in 2024
SEVEN: Call someone that you haven’t spoken to for a while and let them know you’re thinking of them
EIGHT: Fill up a bit on some of your favourite fruit and veg before you eat/drink the goodies
NINE: Write a 'stop' doing list
TEN: Tell someone that you love them
